ALEXANDRE CAIADO

He has a degree in business administration, later specializing in finance and business law. Experienced in several real estate investments, from conception to implementation, his most recent projects include partnerships with Brookfield, Grupo Transamerica, Volkswagen and Grupo Senpar. He is the President of Gold Sea.
JORIO DAUSTER

He was an ambassador (retired) and a consultant, representing Brazil in the European Union. He was the CEO of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, one of the largest integrated mining conglomerates in the world and maintains investment interests in Brazil and abroad. Between 1990 and 1991, he was the principle negotiator of Brazil's foreign debt which finally led to the end of the country's moratorium. He holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gold Sea.

MAURICIO SCHULMAN

He is a consultant, graduated in civil engineering and business administration. He was the President of BNH and of the Board of Directors of Banco Bamerindus as well as FEBRABAN. Member of the National Monetary Council and Secretary of the Treasury for the State of Paraná, he has held several other prominent positions, such as President of Eletrobrás, member of both the CSN Board of Directors and FIESP Senior Board. He holds the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gold Sea.
